This policy describes what data the B2B-Lab website (the “Site”) collects, why, and how it is protected. By using the Site and submitting forms, you agree to this policy.

1. What data we collect

• Data you enter in forms: name, contact details (phone, email or Telegram), company, project description, answers to the brief questionnaire.
• Telegram data if you use our bot or app: user ID, name, username.
• Anonymized data about your behavior on the Site: pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, time on page, device type, traffic source (UTM). IP addresses are stored only as an irreversible hash.

2. Why we collect it

To respond to your request, prepare an estimate and proposal, improve the Site and understand which sections are useful to visitors.

3. How we protect it

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a secured database with restricted access; all input is validated, and access to the CRM is protected by authentication. We do not sell or share data with third parties, except where required by law.

4. Retention and your rights

Request data is kept until our cooperation ends and for 3 years after. You can request deletion or correction of your data by writing to hello@b2b-lab.ru. We will respond within 10 business days.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage for an anonymous visitor ID and technical cookies for signing in to the admin panel. No advertising cookies are used.
