Software development for retail and e-commerce

Our retail development starts with the numbers: average order value, repeat purchase rate, stock levels and margin. We build online stores, marketplaces, loyalty programs, messenger bots and Telegram Mini Apps that sync with 1C and MoySklad, accept payments via YooKassa and SBP, and show the owner of a retail chain the real sales picture for every location.

Industry challenges

What holds growth back

  • 01

Stock and prices drift apart across channels

The website, marketplaces and physical stores live in different systems. Customers order items that are already sold out, and a manager updates prices by hand in three places.

  • 02

Customers buy once and never come back

Without your own customer base and personalized offers, every repeat order has to be bought again through advertising, and plastic loyalty cards get lost.

  • 03

    Dependence on marketplaces

Fees keep rising, rules keep changing, and customer data stays with the platform. You have no sales channel of your own with clear unit economics.

  • 04

    Manual order processing

Operators copy orders from messengers and the website into the accounting system, answer the same delivery and status questions over and over, and make mistakes on peak days.

Solutions

What we build for the industry

  1. 01

Online store and e-commerce development for your catalog

A fast Next.js store with filters, search, a cart and payment via YooKassa or SBP. The catalog, prices and stock update automatically, and the SEO structure is built in from day one. The result: higher conversion from mobile traffic and less manual work for your content manager.

  2. 02

Loyalty program development in a Telegram Mini App

Loyalty card, points, cashback, personal offers and purchase history right inside Telegram — no app to install. Cashiers award points by QR code, marketers send campaigns to segments. The share of repeat purchases and visit frequency go up.

  3. 03

Telegram, MAX or VK bot for orders, status updates and support

The bot takes orders, reports delivery status, answers common questions and hands complex requests to an operator in the CRM. Staff get separate roles: barista, picker, store manager. Call center load drops, and customers get answers in seconds.

  4. 04

Mobile app for a store or retail chain

A native iOS and Android store app with a catalog, push notifications, click-and-collect and a bonus balance. Push is cheaper than advertising and brings customers back without paying third-party platforms. A good fit for chains with a solid base of regular customers.

Your own marketplace and a B2B portal for wholesale buyers

A multi-vendor platform with seller accounts, product moderation, settlements and commissions — or a B2B portal for wholesale buyers with individual price lists. These retail IT solutions reduce your dependence on third-party marketplaces and keep customer data with you.

Store integration with 1C and an AI agent for the catalog

Two-way integration of your store with 1C, MoySklad and the Ozon and Wildberries APIs: stock, prices, orders and returns sync without human involvement. An AI agent fills in product cards, answers customer questions about the catalog and prepares sales summaries for the category manager.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect a store to 1C and marketplaces at the same time?

Yes. We build a single sync layer: 1C or MoySklad remains the source of stock and prices, while the website, Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market receive updates automatically. Orders from all channels flow back into the accounting system.

How much does a retail solution cost?

For reference: a messenger bot starts at 60,000 ₽, a website or online store at 120,000 ₽, a Mini App with a loyalty program at 150,000 ₽, a mobile app at 400,000 ₽, and your own marketplace at 1,200,000 ₽. We quote the exact cost once the specification is worked out.

How quickly can we launch?

A bot takes from 1 day, a website or Mini App from 3 days. A mobile app takes 8–14 weeks, a marketplace MVP 8–12 weeks, and then we keep developing it in sprints.

Where is customer data stored?

On your servers or in the cloud of your choice, in line with 152-FZ (Russia's personal data law). The code, database and access credentials are registered in your name.
